Allen Career Institute, a company that provides preparation for competitive entrance examinations including medical and engineering, has completed the acquisition of AI-based doubt solving platform Doubtnut. The company gave this information on Monday.
News agency PTI has quoted sources as saying that Allen has bought Doubtnut for 10 million dollars i.e. about Rs 83 crore.
The goal is to create a world-class doubt platform.
The entire Doubtnut team will join Allen to create a ‘world-class Doubt platform’. Allen said in a statement, ‘This strategic step reflects the company’s commitment to creating technology-based learning solutions focused on improving student learning outcomes.’
The statement said that following the acquisition, the Doubtnut team will continue to provide doubt resolution services for students of both Allen and Doubtnut.
