BharatPe’s parent unit Resilient Innovations Pvt. had filed a new petition in the Delhi High Court and specifically sought the issuance of an interim injunction i.e. ‘prohibition order’ against Grover, who was the co-founder.
The purpose of this petition was to stop Ashneer Grover from disclosing confidential information related to the company.
The lawyers appearing in the court on behalf of BharatPe argued that Ashneer Grover has violated the confidentiality obligations recorded in his agreement.
