Commercial LPG cylinder price cut
According to the official website of IOC, from Friday, 22 December 2023, the new price of commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi has become Rs 1757, which was earlier Rs 1796.50, i.e. there has been a relief of Rs 39.50 per cylinder. However, there has been no change in the prices of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder.
Commercial LPG cylinders are used extensively in hotels, restaurants and many such commercial spaces. Due to reduction in prices, the cost burden on them will also reduce. Earlier, government oil companies had increased the price of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs 21 on December 1, 2023.
The new price of commercial LPG cylinder in Mumbai is Rs 1710, in Kolkata it is Rs 1868.50 and in Chennai it is Rs 1929.

The Saudi contract price (CP), used for pricing LPG, has softened significantly in the past few weeks due to concerns over oversupply.
No change in the price of domestic LPG cylinder
However, there has been no change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders. Last time on August 30, 2023, the price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder was reduced by Rs 200.
