India’s GDP has grown by 185% since 2014: Gautam Adani
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani announced new investments in Gujarat at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit. He said that the statistics of the last decade have been spectacular, since 2014, India’s GDP has grown by 185%, and per capita income has increased by an astonishing 165%, this achievement is unmatched. Especially when we look at the geo-political controversies of this decade and the challenges of the pandemic.
Gautam Adani said that in the last Vibrant Gujarat Summit, I had announced an investment of Rs 55,000 crore by 2025, we have already invested Rs 50,000 crore in many sectors, we also promised to provide 25,000 jobs directly and indirectly. The target has been exceeded.

He said for PM Modi that his achievements on the international stage are fantastic, he has taken us from a country that wants to raise its voice at the global level, to a nation that creates global platforms. He said that ‘You (PM Modi) have again prepared India to become the fastest developing nation in the world.
Announcement of investment of Rs 2 lakh crore in Gujarat
Gautam Adani said that today I am announcing more investment for Gujarat. We are working on the world’s largest green energy park in Khavra, Kutch, which is spread over 725 square kilometers and is generating 30 GW of renewable energy, this park will be visible even from space. We are expanding the green supply chain for a “self-reliant” India and building the largest integrated renewable energy ecosystem.
This includes expansion in solar panels, wind turbines, hydrogen electrolyzers, green ammonia, PVC and copper and cement production.
In the next five years, Adani Group will invest more than Rs 2 lakh crore in Gujarat. Due to which more than 1 lakh job opportunities will be created.
