The Ministry has said that these websites were engaged in organized investment and task based part time job fraud. According to the ministry, all these websites were committing economic crimes in a vicious manner.

The websites were identified and recommended for closure.
The statement of the ministry said that after this, the Ministry of Electronics and IT has used its authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and closed these websites.
