Reliance Jio Infocom Chairman Akash Ambani said that the company is going to launch Bharat GPT program in collaboration with IIT Mumbai. He said this in the Techfest of IIT Mumbai. He also told that the company is thinking of launching an operating system for TV, work on which has been going on for some time.

At IIT’s annual Techfest, Akash Ambani said that it is very important for the company to develop ‘an ecosystem of development’. He further said that work is going on on the vision of Jio 2.0. The agreement between Jio and IIT Mumbai was signed in the year 2014.
Akash Ambani said that at present we have done very little work on Artificial Intelligence (AI) through large language models, but the next decade will be in the name of these applications. He told that Artificial Intelligence will bring great changes in every field of products and services.
He further said that we are working very hard to launch AI not only vertically but also horizontally in all sectors. The company will launch products and services in media, commerce, communication and devices. We have been working on our OS (Operating System) for TV for some time now and we are thinking extensively about how to launch it.

Company keen on 5G private networks: Akash Ambani
Ambani said that 2024 will be special for the family because his brother is to get married this year. Apart from this, he said that the company is very keen to offer 5G private networks. Where it will offer 5G stack to any size company.
Akash Ambani called India the biggest innovation center for the next decade. He expressed confidence that by the end of this decade India’s economy will be worth 6 trillion dollars.
