Maruti Suzuki has launched the fourth generation model of its most popular car Swift in India. The new Maruti Swift can be booked by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000. Swift can be purchased in a total of five variants: LXi, VXi, VXi (O), ZXi and ZXi+.
Maruti Suzuki India has launched the fourth generation car of its best-selling hatchback Swift at an ex-showroom price of Rs 6.49 lakh. The earlier ex-showroom price of this hatchback in Delhi was Rs 6.24 lakh.
Safety Features
A three-cylinder 1,200 CC engine has been provided with mild hybrid technology. The new Maruti Swift has a 1.2 liter, 3-cylinder, Z-series petrol engine. It generates power of 82PS and torque of 112Nm. Safety features like 6 airbags, 3-point seat belts for all seats, hill-hold control, electronic stability program are also provided in all variants of the new generation Swift. The new Swift will give an average of 25 km/litre.
Features like 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless phone charger, rear AC vents, push button start/stop, steering mounted controls are also available in the new Maruti Swift.

The price of the new Maruti Suzuki Swift starts from Rs 6.49 lakh. The price of its top variant is Rs 9.65 lakh. The size of the new Maruti Swift is slightly different as compared to the old Swift. Its length is 3860mm, width is 1695mm and height is 1500mm. This hatchback can be purchased in a total of 9 color options.
